MINNA ISSHO Fundraising T-shirts

MINNA 一緒 (Minna Issho), pronounced “mean-uh ee-sho,” means "Together as One" in Japanese.  This message is central to the goal of our fundraiser, which seeks to support the victims of the natural disaster that happened in Japan on March 11, 2011.  With the help of 2WJD, we have created T-shirts that are designed with the hope of unifying the community in our common efforts to support Japan.

The image on the T-shirts consists of the map of Japan textile in both the words “MINNA ISSHO,” to show the people of Japan that we care, and our organization’s name “UCE UPP from Los Angeles.”  The purpose of incorporating the organization’s name into the design is to symbolize that everyone who supports the organization is sending their love and support to those who suffering in Japan.

Additionally, each shirt will be personally numbered, so you will know what number contributor you are within the larger scope of donators. All of the profits will be donated to the Japanese Red Cross and to Japanese non-profit organizations within the most devastated areas of the country.
